These rucksack covers fulfill two functions. The cover can be placed over your rucksack when you are wearing it and pulled tight round the straps with the elastic and toggle to provide an effective rain cover when you are out walking. The rucksack cover also has a zip closure so that you can put the entire rucksack inside and zip it closed to keep it safe when in transit.
