POSTAGE and PACKING
We ship only within the UK.

Postage Type	Cost	Timescale
Free (Orders over £19)	FREE	5-10 working days*
Standard (any value order)	£3.50	2-5 working days*

Free Service orders are sent after all Standard Service orders and will usually be sent by Royal Mail Second Class or Parcel Service. Free post has extended handling and uses lower priority postage than the Standard Service. Timescale for delivery usually 5-10 working days.

Standard Service orders are sent Royal Mail 1st class or Standard Parcel, dependant on the size of your order. Priority is given to those orders that have paid for Standard Service over those using the Free Service. Timescale for delivery usually 2-5 working days.

If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time after you have received your despatch notice, please contact nicola@outdoorscotland.co.uk with your reference number and we will track the order.

PAYMENT
Our Romancart shopping basket is integrated securely with Protx to allow you to make payment with Maestro, Solo, Visa or Mastercard. Just follow the on-screen instructions when you checkout.

 

RETURNS
We want our customers to be happy, so we offer a full returns service up to 28 days after purchase. If your item arrives damaged or is unsuitable, please email or call with your original reference number for returns information. Please do not send the item back until you have let us know it is coming.
