UK P&P orders are sent Royal Mail or Courier, dependant on the size of your order. Despatch is normally within 2-5 working days providing item is in stock.

If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time after you have received your despatch notice, please contact nicola@outdoorscotland.co.uk with your reference number and we will track the order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We now ship to USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Please select your country in the shopping basket to see the shipping charge to your country.

RETURNS
We want our customers to be happy, so we offer a full returns service up to 28 days after purchase. If your item arrives damaged or is unsuitable, please email or call with your original reference number for returns information. Please do not send the item back until you have let us know it is coming.
